A 27-year-old American food blogger on the edge of burnout, Olivia has left Los Angeles behind for a self-declared "sabbatical for the soul". She hopes London's charm, history, and endless culinary adventures will help her reconnect with the joy she's lost somewhere between deadlines, expectations, and family wounds that refuse to heal.
What she doesn't expect is Oliver "Ollie" Burns.
Their first meeting happens inside Buckingham Palace, where a chance encounter - and an unforgettable pastry - pulls Olivia into a world she never knew existed. Ollie is handsome, funny, and impossible to forget. He's also one of England's most beloved football stars and the keeper of a secret that connects him to a hidden royal bakery known only as Nana's.
As Olivia explores London her connection with Ollie deepens into something neither of them expected. But beneath the sparkling romance and delicious adventures lies a more personal journey: learning to stop performing, stop proving, and finally believe she deserves to be loved exactly as she is.
Filled with royal intrigue, irresistible chemistry, laugh-out-loud friendship, mouthwatering food, and the magic of travel, The Queen's Baker is a heartwarming romantic comedy about finding home in the most unexpected place - yourself.
